They offer customized packages including full day package, deep sea fishing, or a one night excursion where you experience life on the water without cutting in to your vacation time, snorkeling the Catalina Islands or exploring the Bat islands and Santa Elena National Park. Hazel's Steak and Seafood is a new addition at the Marina Flamingo.
 
Dine in the beautifully decorated air conditioned dining area or enjoy the outdoor view over looking the Marina and Potrero Bay.
 
The food is second to none in the area with an attention to detail that tastes as good as it looks.
 
The menu features appetizers including Escargot, French Onion Soup, Beef Carpaccio and Classic Caesar Salad  all with a Belgian Flair.
 
Main courses include:
 
Beef Tenderloin with a coffee and brown sugar, crude and chipotle sauce. Served with a triad of vegetables and mash potatoes
Beef Tenderloin served with a choice of mushroom or green pepper corn sauce, mash potatoes, and vegetables
Ribeye with Gorgonzola Swithauce served with baked potato and green salad
Chicken Curry with pineapple, curry spice, sweet cream, and coconut cream served with jasmine rice
Chicken with Risotto, thyme, butter, white onions, asparagus, and sweet cream
Gourmet Burger featuring beef tenderloin, caramelized onion, bacon, cheddar cheese and avocado. Served with home fries
Caprese Tenderloin with basil, pesto sauce, buffalo mozzarella cheese, served with garlic oleo fettuccine pasta and vegetables
Tropical Sea Bass with a roll of mango, tomato- avocado cilantro, and lemon. Served with jasmine rice, vegetables, and passion fruit sauce.
Asian Tuna served with tamarindo sauce and a soy sauce reduction, wasabi mash potatoes and vegetables
Salmon with Dili Sauce served with Jazmin rice and vegetables
