Casa Acacia offers what a condo can't - complete privacy. The property is completely walled in by 9ft walls - and no buildings look in to it. When you enter the area you notice the inviting pool area with outdoor and covered lounge (rancho). There are many spots to relax - fall in to the shade-filled hammock or sit in a second lounge area with a book. The sun loungers can be moved to either take in the sun or have some time out in the shade. Many properties offer sun or shade only but Casa Acacia was designed around true outdoor living and offers both. Renovations took place Feb/March 2016. The Master has an ensuite and there is a second bedroom and a second bathroom. The third bedroom is a casita/pool house/guest house. All bedrooms are air conditioned and also have fans. It's perfect for entertaining but if you don't feel like cooking there are seven restaurants within walking distance - and we mean under five mins walking distance. There's also a market to buy food and essentials - including alcohol.
